A leading ICT services provider in the region, seeking to optimize the full life cycle management of office electronic equipment in line with circular economy principles and its broader ESG strategy.

Objective:
To enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and circularity of electronic equipment use across its life cycle—from procurement to disposal—through visual process modeling, regulatory updates, and stakeholder engagement.

Project Approach:
  1. Defined project scope and process boundaries.
  2. Conducted stakeholder interviews across all life cycle stages to map current equipment flows and identify relevant internal regulations.
  3. Analyzed existing process documentation to detect regulatory gaps and inefficiencies.
  4. Developed both "As-Is" and "To-Be" process models based on industry standards and peer benchmarking; validated these models with key stakeholders.
  5. Revised and created supporting documentation reflecting the updated processes, roles, responsibilities, and KPIs; secured key stakeholder approval for changes
