Project ApproachIn my role as ESG Consultant, I worked closely with the Project Lead to ensure the quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment of all deliverables. I was responsible for supervising and guiding the junior team, ensuring consistency across outputs and adherence to project timelines. In addition to management duties, I contributed directly by researching, drafting, and developing key sections of the ESG strategy and action plan, including benchmarking against international frameworks (such as GRI, SASB, and MSCI) and integrating regional regulatory expectations.
Outcomes- The ESG strategy and action plan were formally approved by the company’s Board of Directors.
